Cancellation Policy for Aardvark Travel

At Aardvark Travel, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, punctual, and safe transportation services. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please review our cancellation policy:

Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable.

  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee of 25% of the fare will apply.


Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup or failure to be present at the pickup location (no-show) will incur a 50% charge of the total fare.

  • If the driver has already arrived at the pickup location, the full fare may be charged.

How to Cancel

  • Cancellations to be made via phone, text or email

  • A confirmation of cancellation will be provided via email or SMS. Please retain this for your records.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
